Rates
Our rates begin at $135.00, based on double occupancy, and subject to 9% Vermont state tax. A full breakfast is included.There will be a $25 dollar charge for each additional person in any room.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are suggested. Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of one half of the amount of the full reservation or a minimum of one night's stay, including 9% Vermont lodging tax. Generally a two night minimum stay is required for all holiday and other special weekends.

If you should need to cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit less $25 if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to your stay.

If the cancelation is received less than 14 days prior to your stay, we will refund your deposit less $25 if we are able to re-rent the room. If we are unable to re-rent the room we cannot refund your deposit.

Cancellation of reservations for Foliage (mid-September through October 31) and holiday weekends require 30 days notice.

Cancellation of reservations for Dartmouth College Graduation week-end require six months notice.

Arrival and Departure
Guests are received between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Godspeed by 11:00 a.m. Early arrival or late departure possible only with prior arrangement.

Payment
Currency and personal checks are accepted as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Children
Well behaved children at least 8 years old accepted. No child care provided.

Pets
Sorry, not accepted.

Concierge
We will graciously assist you with reservations for travel, dining, theater or maps.

The Ardmore Inn is smoke free - if smoke is detected in any guest room a cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
