Rates

Our rates begin at $135 midweek, non-summer, single or double occupancy. Rates are higher on weekends and during summer and peak periods. Vermont lodging tax of 9% is additional. A full, three-course, country breakfast is included as well afternoon refreshments.

Reservation Deposit

Reservations are appreciated and suggested. Reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of 50% of the amount of the full reservation or 100% of the amount for a one-night stay, including 9% Vermont lodging tax.

Generally, June through the third weekend of September a two-night reservation is required on weekends, holiday weekends, holiday periods and at other special times. A minimum two-night reservation is required from the third weekend in September through the third weekend of October and from December 23 through December 31.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your reservation with us, we will refund your deposit less a $25 service charge, if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to your arrival date.

If the cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $25 service charge, if we are able to re-rent the room for the same time and the same rate. If we are unable to re-rent the room, we cannot refund your deposit.

Cancellation of reservations for Fall Foliage (last week of September through the third week of October) and holiday weekends require 30 days notice.

Cancellation of reservations for Dartmouth College Graduation weekend require six months notice.

If you cancel your reservation with notice of 48 hours or less prior to your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay.

Early departures are considered cancellations and will be charged for the full reservation.

Please note that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are important to the success of running a small bed and breakfast.

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are ready and guests are received between 4 PM and 6 PM. Departure time is 11 AM. Please notify us, if you will be arriving after 6 PM.

Late arrival is possible with prior arrangement. A limited number of arrivals as early as 2 PM are possible, only if arrangements are made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. There is a $35 service charge for early arrival.
Late departure is not possible due to the need to clean rooms for arriving guests.

Payment

Currency, personal checks, travelers checks are accepted as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Children

Children over the age of 14 are welcome provided that they are able to stay in their own room. If you are interested in booking the entire house, and the children are well behaved, we would be happy to host your event.

Pets

We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets. Charlotte has a cat named Cheech, who is happy to share his home with you.

Concierge

We will be happy to assist you with reservation for dining, theater, travel or maps, and we can print your boarding passes, if you wish.

Smoking

The Ardmore Inn is a smoke free facility. If you wish to smoke outside, we will be happy to provide you with an ash tray. Smoking inside the inn will result in an immediate request to leave and an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
